No good customer service office. All the time is closed everything by the app. No one available any time.
So the nightmare basically just got worse. I know I said the pool and the gym where the only tolerable things about this place but they decided to ruin that too. The jacuzzi has had sand in it for quite some time and the machines at the gym are all broken now and unusable. Screaming kids and inconsiderate idiots practically rule the pool area whenever i have time to visit. The amazon locker mail system will make your eye twitch. You know in advance that a person has no chance of approval because of his credit history, and still give him hope, and charge crazy money for the application. In the end, the poor person gets rejected, you take the money, and show the person a big dick! How can you treat people like this? Why don't you let them start from scratch again? parking rules are awful, construction constantly also means good luck being able to park in your assigned spot without getting towed (even when signs say parking is now allowed). they have 0 keys, all doors are opened on laggy and buggy app with locks that will break constantly. not only that but regardless of how clean you keep your apt there's a serious risk of getting ants. I've lived in apartments in the ghetto that were better.
