My family and I have been living in Avalon Edgewater building for 3 years. It has good amenities and convenient location if you commute to the city. Management and maintenance teams seem nice and responsive. Unfortunately, I don’t believe the construction of the walls was well thought though. There must be no insulation between walls/ceiling/floors. This means that if you have loud and inconsiderate neighbors your life will be hell. RecommendedLovely community. I've been leaving here for 9 years. The leasing office personnel is always helpful and very professional. All your needs addressed immediately, the complex is extremely clean and comfy inside. Apartments of a decent size. The maintenance team is always there for you if any help is needed.

We've lived here for two years, and signed a lease for year three a couple months ago. The location is perfect for commuting into the city, with a bus stop right outside. It's also close to multiple grocery stores, Target, and a cute coffee shop right on the water. The on-site team has also been great, and always stop to say hello and check-in when they see you.
I like living here. Very well managed and maintained.

Been here for two months and so far we love everything. great location, best ammenities, and friendly management
I dodged a bullet by not signing my lease here. But they are keeping $400 of my deposit, which is completely unreasonable. Stay clear of these crooks, I am disputing the charge with my bank but it will take up to 90 days for them to finish the investigation. Of course, they can just give me my $400 back and it would be done.
