My family and I have been living in Avalon Edgewater building for 3 years. It has good amenities and convenient location if you commute to the city. Management and maintenance teams seem nice and responsive. Unfortunately, I don’t believe the construction of the walls was well thought though. There must be no insulation between walls/ceiling/floors. This means that if you have loud and inconsiderate neighbors your life will be hell.
