I can not sing the praises of this place often, or more loudly, enough. From start to finish (yeah, finish ... but it was a good run there, if not a long one, for my Dad) everything at the Avalon in Hillsborough was as promised. My father felt safe & secure and enjoyed his time with all of the staff and his fellow residents. Avalon is a wonderful facility and caters to the needs of aging individuals with multiple health challenges. Our friend is staying there and is very happy with his care. The staff are extremely attentive, and the facility is well maintained and clean.
My husband’s dear mom has been Avalon in Hillsborough several times for respite. It is a wonderful facility. It is immaculate and homey. It is decorated so nicely and comfortably. The staff amazing. Everyone is poised, attentive and caring. Any time there is a challenge or issue it is addressed quickly and efficiently. It is a pleasure to visit mom here.
