I have only had one personal experience with this vet hospital. It was very comforting and positive despite losing a cat that was a foster to adopt. The staff were patient with me as I had requested updates throughout the day. I was extremely anxious to get her home. The one thing I wish was better was the line of communication. We were told to contact the SPCA if we wanted to receive any information or updates throughout the day of Pumpkin's surgery.
