WARNING YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOU DONT KNOW!!! Stay away from this joint, it is poorly constructed, you can hear street noise from outside day and night. You can hear your neighbors through the walls, especially their TV running late at night. The property management is terrible to work with in each and every interaction. Avalon Bay is a very aggressive company towards their tenants. If you’re late with rent you can expect that they will commence eviction against you within two weeks. I relocated to Avalon Amityville in June 2025, and I'll start by highlighting the positives! I transitioned from California to New York without physically checking out my apartment in person. Everything was handled remotely, and I was pleasantly surprised by how seamless the move-in process was—from selecting the perfect unit to completing the paperwork!
