I had a scheduled showing for my home today at 1:30 PM, which I confirmed. However, at 1:04 PM—prior to the showing—I received confirmation that the house went under contract. I immediately texted the agent to inform him the home was no longer available and updated the ShowingTime app, canceling the appointment and marking the property as under contract. All I have to say about Lincoln is that he is such an amazing and professional realtor. My wife and I had a really good feeling about him right from the start. He was always very responsive to our calls when wanting to look at a home, even at odd hours and weekends and never tried to push anything on us. In fact, he would actually warn us of certain faults with homes so we wouldn’t get ourselves into something we would regret. I recommend Lincoln to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
