Deborah and all of Avalon estates were so helpful and kind. We bought our new home with Avalon estates and it's perfect! Definitely recommend!
The office people are great people...I think there is too many rules here and that is why I am moving on along with the rent increase every year...It is hard to afford to live here with that going on every year when your on disability...I plan on staying here as long as I can afford it..
The park is lovely, and the office staff is great. That's where the good ends. The park has so many rules, many moronic, that I felt like I was in jail. When I bought my home, it was on the higher end of my budget, but, doable. With constant rent increases, it became impossible and I lost my home. There is no reason to charge so much for lot rent. They plow, but, that's it. No utility bills, no pool, no party room...
