I have attended sessions at the centre and found them really beneficial. The meditations offered really helped me out in times of stress. The teacher is excellent and the centre is a calm refuge. Highly recommend.
I went to a couple of Sunday meditation sessions, after recently moving to the area and needing a new Buddhist temple/church. I have been a practicing Buddhist for seven years, so I was looking forward to getting back into it. I also went to the centre when there was supposed to be a meditation class according to a poster I saw, and no one was there and no one answered my phone call either. I suggest you take down your posters if you’re not going to have those Meditation classes happening. It would be nice to get a call back. I left my phone number. P.S. The poster is at the Red Brick Café just down the street
