I highly recommend coming to the meditation classes at AKBC! The classes help you feel more grounded, slow down, and create a little more space and peace in your everyday life. I’ve always really enjoyed the warm community and the guidance from the teacher. The New Year’s meditation and gatherings are especially special and always a wonderful experience. If you’re looking for a place to pause, reconnect with yourself, and enjoy a supportive community, I definitely recommend giving it a try!

The teachers and volunteers will welcome you with open arms and make you feel right at home. The meditation classes are wonderful, inspiring, and deeply meaningful.
