I have attended sessions at the centre and found them really beneficial. The meditations offered really helped me out in times of stress. The teacher is excellent and the centre is a calm refuge. Highly recommend.
I went to a couple of Sunday meditation sessions, after recently moving to the area and needing a new Buddhist temple/church. I have been a practicing Buddhist for seven years, so I was looking forward to getting back into it.
