My furnace literally died in the dead of winter at night and Farhad was the only down to earth person/company that took the time to talk me through what’s going on and the next steps needed. He even offered space heaters for my house. Quick fix and super affordable!

Seemed good to deal with at the front-end, right up until the work was ready to get done. After hiring them, Farhad has been mostly painful to deal with. We had to reschedule the work multiple times, I had to follow up over and over to get them to do the work, he has been hard to get a hold of and generally unhappy to answer questions, etc. I recently found out Farhad did not get a gas permit for our furnace installation - which is required by City bylaws and is something I cannot do myself as the homeowner - and he has sinc... read more
