I hate to write a negative review, however I believe my experience was bad enough that it is warranted. I brought my car in to get a wheel bearing replaced which I was intending on doing myself due to it not being an incredibly difficult task. Sadly I was rather busy and figured it would be easier to just bring it in. Kirk's communication was less than ideal. I spoke with Kirk on the phone 5 times. Every time I called.
