Just amazing work and service. You know how you worry when hiring tradies if you will get decent quality workmanship – Avalanche proved to be exceptionally good. Abdul worked diligently, discussing with me every aspect of the job so I understood what was going on, finally his cleanup was spotless, and most importantly the air cons function perfectly. Adam was great with arranging the job even whilst overseas during part of the work. I’m very very happy and couldn’t recommend them more

I had a great experience with the installation team and their annual service. Their attention to detail really stood out, and I didn’t expect the lead person to be working just as hard alongside the team-it shows true dedication. The whole team was incredibly committed. One of the installers (the tall guy!) worked nonstop without even taking a break and completed the job in just 4–5 hours. They didn’t rush, even though they had another job scheduled the same day.
