Avaiss is fantastic & help through a extensive negotiation process. Next time we are back in the market Avaiss is the person to call. You often find realtors that put minimal effort, Avaiss work vigorously to get a deal done for us. Thank you is not enough I appreciate his efforts and highly recommend him to anyone!!!!
