Do not work with this company. Tracie (the owner or receptionist, what ever she is) is EXTREMELY rude when things don't go her way. She accused me of not telling her the property was up for sale...ummmm I walked into the office and TOLD her it was up for sale. She was very rude to me over the phone. She actually told me I was crazy! REALLY..no lady, YOUR the CRAZY one. Another thing she said to me is that her reputation is ruined...dah, whose fault is that? I am moving on to bigger and better rental/ property agencies.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS RENTAL COMPANY. I lived at one of their residence for over a year with perfect rental history. Don't ask me why! The owner is a complete pyscho, who not only goes through tenants, but receptionist aswell. I was wrongly accused of having an unauthorized pet on the premises, however there was no truth to it. The owner simply threatened me to pay a $250.00 fine or get out, remind you this was her second threat, so I decided to put a 30 day move out notice because it was like walking on egg shells with her.... read more

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! We professionally had the carpet cleaned before we moved out of the house and had everything completely clean. The kept most of my security deposit by saying that the grass wasn't cut and there was 6 hours of cleaning to do in the house. The security deposit was 1000 so they kept most of that. Also they got me with picture holes in the wall. They said they were huge holes and they needed to be fixed. I called to ask some simple questions about a property. The lady wouldn't give me any straight answers and just kept asking for personal information which I wouldn't give especially without even getting my questions answered and then was told she didn't like my attitude and that she wouldn't rent to me. Evil and Inattentive – The toilet since we moved in has had a problem. It won't flush most of the time. After repeated calls all they have done is sent out a maintenance man (4x) which always tracked mud and dirt into the house. Not to mention left fecal-mater all over the bathroom floor. The problem ended up being that the toilet is missing a jet that helps waste flush. For 4 months we tried getting them to replace the toilet on the fact that it doesn't work.
