I didn’t like their cancellation policy, they charge customers cancellation for less than 24 hrs notice while they cancel their customers appointment without prior notice. Please treat your customers with the same standard you would like them to uphold you.
Extremely difficult to get ahold of, staff are rude. Called one of the numbers advertised in oro and the woman who answered claimed she didn’t book massages - why would that number advertised if potential clients are not meant to contact it?
Clean, cozy and chill. Hot towels, cupping therapy, essential oils, etc. Got a massage from my calves, to my scalp, to my eyebrows. Throughly enjoyed and looking forward to future appts.

I have had several deep tissue massages at Avail Veterans Massage Clinic. Every interaction with the staff, the RMT Emma Woods and the owners of the clinic was exceptional. Emma Woods is an amazing Massage Therapist and knows exactly how to treat my aches and pains. The personnel truly are there for the benefit of the veterans but all are welcome. They make you feel like part of the family and I highly recommend Avail Veterans Massage Clinic.
