Avail Services installed LED fixtures in our plating shop, and did a great job despite difficult access to some areas, and were very professional. But their lack of responsiveness when we had problems with a few of the fixtures was horrible and unacceptable. Half the time no human answered during business hours. Avail did a fantastic job retrofitting LED lighting for about 40k sqft of floorspace and offices, as well as outside parking lot lighting and wallpacks. Their communication was very good, pricing was very reasonable, and they left every area they worked in cleaner then when they arrived. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for large scope commercial work.

My business has had the same lighting system for 35 years. It had old bulbs and fixtures that used a lot of energy and expensive bulbs that had to be replaced regularly. The color of the light was absolutely bad. The way the fixtures were oriented and the amount of light meant that there were dark spots in my salon. It was so hard to see, sometimes I had to take clients outside to see their hair color. Avail transformed my business for the better.
