They never answer phone, their point system website is horrible... so you can never use them. Uneducated people employed by them.

If I could give no stars, I would. My sister flew out to Chicago to get her wedding dress fitted back in early February of 2018. Rachel told her that the dress would be done and sent out by May/June. It never was. We kept calling and calling, they were taking forever to answer the phone or email. Once she did, the date was constantly pushed back. Rachel is truly amazing. She is warm, professional and extremely talented. Her prices are fair and she works with you on every detail to make your dream dress. The detail she put into my gown was incredible! She made dresses for my entire wedding party including the mothers of bride and groom and flower girls and everyone looked incredible. Avail and Co is the place to go for your wedding gown!

Fraud. Their dresses are made in CHINA. When you meet with Rachael there is absolutely NO mention of this. So here is your warning - If your work with Rachel Alvia your dress will show up late and ill fitting. After numerous phone calls and emails, and missed deadlines on her part, I finally just showed up at her shop asking to try on my dress for a fitting, or at least SEE the dress since she had been putting me off for some time, after much prodding on my part, she and her husband were finally forced to tell me that my dre... read more
