Lisa is absolutely incredible! She is so knowledgeable and skilled at what she does. She really takes the time to answer my many questions and give thoughtful skin care recommendations. Cannot recommend her enough!
I prepaid for 6 sessions in advance. I was able to have 3 sessions done. The quality of work was great. They recently had issues with their equipment at two locations. I had my appointment cancelled twice. I asked for a refund since they’re unable to provide the service. I got in touch with the manager, and she was great to deal with. She processed my refund. I hope their equipment gets fixed soon!

Thoroughly disappointed with my experience. Before purchasing, it was advertised that I would be treated by a nationwide trainer, which strongly influenced my decision to move forward. After being forced to pay in full upfront, I later learned that the arrangement was different than I had been told.
