Great service today with Ashley. Super friendly and you can tell she loved what she does. Got a major cut and refresh and I love it!
I can’t recommend Avaia Salon and Spa in Orillia enough. The salon is owned by two sisters who are not only incredibly professional but have created such a warm and welcoming environment. I really appreciate their attention to detail, especially when it comes to colouring and maintaining my hair. My daughter in law for my 75th bday booked pkg. last Thursday. Very very disappointed. Her nail polish peeled off next day and mine chipped off several days later. They kept adding solvent to nailpolish and that weakens it. When I do my nails it last up to two wks. Will never refer anyone to this spa. Outrageous price.
I have been a repeat customer at Avaia Salon Spa for a couple years now and have continued to come to the salon because of how knowledgeable the stylists are and how they are always able to adapt to the different hair requests I have made including providing great advice on some of my hair up keep questions. It’s a hard nope from me. Lived here most of my life, have not experienced micro aggression and racism at a salon like this before. I went there to get an undercut & a hair cut. She put a dirty cape on me.. proceeded to make covert racist remarks & it was super awkward and weird for me & it was pretty stinky. My hair looked nice but I felt like crap leaving there. If you’re native or mixed DO NOT GO THERE
