They took my order of flowers and charged my acct. I got an email a few hrs later saying they were delivered. They never were. They would not do anything but tell me they would look into it.this was every time I called, over a 5 day period, when I was able to speak to an actual person, they told me a manager would call me.. they never did. This place is a fraud. They deliver a small arrangement with unopened tulip and 3 almost wilted roses. They charged me $89.19 for this disgusting arrangement for my mother’s birthday. Then wanted to go pick it up and give me a $15.0 discount. Do yourself and your recipient a high favor do not order from this flower shop.

I was very disappointed with my experience. I ordered close to $150 worth of flowers for a friend who had just lost her father. I called her a week later only to discover that she never received the flowers. When she contacted Ava's, they could find no record of the order. When I contacted them I spent hours lost in their "customer support system" receiving impersonal emails that assured me they were "taking care of it."
