Nice workers
Yelled at me and that was the fraud department. She would not listen. I finally hung up. The picture you see above, that’s me but not for my current Gmail account. My Gmail account/email (all of them) have been compromised. ACU could not even identify my member number, I really needed help today. Not to be yelled at like I am an idiot.
The teller inside today was very nice and charming. 5 stars all day.
The worst credit union in Alabama, these women are so rude it’s unreal. They never try to help you and charge you over draft fees when your account is set up not to over draft. They do nothing to help you, only question you always. Shame on yall.
