I cannot say enough good things about Avadian. We first became Avadian customers four years ago when we financed a vehicle. Since then, we’ve moved all of our banking to them, financed and refinanced two more vehicles, and have had two personal loans with them. The customer service has always been great and each loan process has been a great experience.
Nice workers
Yelled at me and that was the fraud department. She would not listen. I finally hung up. The picture you see above, that’s me but not for my current Gmail account. My Gmail account/email (all of them) have been compromised. ACU could not even identify my member number, I really needed help today. Not to be yelled at like I am an idiot.
The teller inside today was very nice and charming. 5 stars all day.
