Not specific to this branch but I wouldn’t NEVER recommend Avadian to anyone! Every department is absolutely terrible. Employees have zero competence for information given
The staff I was familiar with over the years are now gone. Still have very nice and helpful tellers. Normally a quick in and out for simple services. Not a lot of parking out front if it happens to be peak time.
Terrible customer service number assistance,, prepare to be on hold longer than 30 or 60 minutes. Also prepare yourself to be passed through 3 different menus before you get to the hold. I'm surprised they keep any customers that try to handle a problem through customer service after being on hold for 34 minutes I was helped by 3rd party company that helped during high call volume and she did a good job, but could not help me with all issues said I should visit branch.
I was contacted saying I need to make a payment but the person on the phone said they couldn't take payments. So I called the 800 number and was on there for an hour and still haven't gotten a payment made.
