The teller inside today was very nice and charming. 5 stars all day.
The worst credit union in Alabama, these women are so rude it’s unreal. They never try to help you and charge you over draft fees when your account is set up not to over draft. They do nothing to help you, only question you always. Shame on yall.
Not specific to this branch but I wouldn’t NEVER recommend Avadian to anyone! Every department is absolutely terrible. Employees have zero competence for information given
The staff I was familiar with over the years are now gone. Still have very nice and helpful tellers. Normally a quick in and out for simple services. Not a lot of parking out front if it happens to be peak time.
