Dandy addressed a clinical Presentation that was needing more attention. We know the case limitations and I have the tools to make the cases better. You can draw your own margins just be specific with your requests.

We had a challenging experience with a recent case that required a remake. Initially, communication was a concern and the result wasn’t clinically usable, which was disappointing given the standards I hold for patient care. That said, the lab ultimately agreed to remake the case, and I appreciate their willingness to stand behind their work. I hope the quality and responsiveness continue to improve, as I believe in long-term partnerships with labs that value mutual accountability.

By all means, avoid this lab! Their digital process actually takes longer, is not cheaper and is lesser quality than the conventional mold process. Their quality control is non-existent, and they don't seem to care. After having to get over $5k of work redone because of them, due to countless problems, I tried calling them to ensure the next ones would actually be checked before shipping out.
