Terrible lab! The customer service is awful. The wait times on the phone are atrocious. The computer and scanner we were refurbished and froze constantly. I recommend shopping around elsewhere.
Dandy is a deplorable lab to deal with! Their customer service is atrocious and their quality is all over the map! It is impossible to get help from them, and they will push you off then call when you have told them you will not be available. I truly do not understand how they remain in business! They have cost our practice so much money and time!!!
