Destiny and Sarah were great. Very professional but also light-hearted. Answered all our questions. Would highly recommend
Was called to set up an appointment. The operator told me they would be happy to adjust my hearing aids. When I checked in the person at window told me they would not do it but would sell me another set. I spent 2k on the set I have why would I want to spend for another set. I was told my set was out of warranty because they were over 5 years old. Poir business practices and unwilling to help. Never again will I set foot inside this place. I recommend everyone to stall away. They are not there to help just line their pockets... read more
