No customer service. Drove to Berlin office during walk-in hour only to find they are closed. Called the main number and was told they are currently unavailable to assist me and not sure when they will be able to help. My warranty is up in April and there is no one available to provide service. Will research lesser priced hearing options and toss these Oticons on the shelf.
I was quite pleased with the thorough explanation of where I'm at with my hearing issue and what was available for a solution. I look forward to hearing better soon!!
