Staff made this a very peaceful visit. Explained everything in a way my wife and I could understand.
I had an appointment with Jessica, Lancaster Ohio. I service notices on one of my hearing R- hearing aid. I was supposed to have a scheduled hearing test, She used a very nice process to help breakdown my issues and determine a corrective action that explained to in I understood & got my input & ensured she took in consideration my questions. Jessica was so kind and patient with fitting my new hearing aids. I have been going to her for awhile and she is wonderful to work with. Thank you so much. Smiles.
They have always been very helpful and accommodating to my schedule since I drive a truck and don't have a flexible schedule! And are always super nice!
