I had my hearing test at Hearing Life in New Bern, NC on Jan. 12, 2022. Now I have Oticon aids that are boothtooth inabled. A second program for music helps also. I get a lifetime of service and supplies. There was no charge for the test. I paid with CareCredit- no interest if paid in 18 months. My yearly hearing test in 2025 showed that my hearing has not changed. It is good to know and to receive more supplies at no cost.
Was very knowledgeable and patient and explained everything in clear language
I have been a customer here for over 3 years.They have always provided great service. My dog chewed up one of my aids and it was fixed with no charge. Also there is never a charge for tune ups!!!
