I was very pleased. I received a comprehensive hearing test after gathering my history and asking questions about my hearing challenges. Afterwards she discussed with me their options for hearing aids, including the tradeoffs between the different kinds/options. I didn't get hearing aids from them at the time but very well might go back. I was happy that their approach wasn't the hard-sell sales pitch that you might expect going in. I highly recommend them as you start your hearing aid journey!
