Donna was very nice in explaining how to respond on the hearing test. She let me know I was pretty much in the normal range and I have a baseline they can work from in future checkups. Thank you!
I have had hearing aids for a few years and they have helped but since my adjustment done by Donna Crain of hearing life in oconomowoc there is a 100 percent positive difference. No more loud TV with the new adjustment and a noticeable difference in group settings. I am very very happy with my hearing aids now that Donna adjusted them. She took the time to ask questions and apply to the changes she made. What a difference!
