I have been going to the Oconomowoc office for many many years. It is always a wonderful experience. Amy always greets you with a smile. She has such a pleasant personality. Donna is the same, smiling & pleasant in her testing room. She tests & explains so you can understand what she is doing & why. If you have any questions, she goes out of her way to answer them. Donna was very nice in explaining how to respond on the hearing test. She let me know I was pretty much in the normal range and I have a baseline they can work from in future checkups. Thank you!
