Terry and Nikki were both professional and friendly. Terry explained testing procedure very well and answered our questions as did Nikki. Over all a good experience, I would recomend them to others.

The audiologist ,(Terrie), and the lady assistant were very patient and knowledgeable. I could tell they wanted me to have the best choice for my hearing issue. I purchased a pair and they are remarkably the best I've ever had.
As usual, the appt was great. Very, pleasant atmosphere. Top notch help. Would recommend highly.
