My grandfather went here for a hearing test. He was helped by Carmen Davis. She was beyond exceptional! He is an older gentleman and she was patient, honest, and thorough. He was very happy with the service and the company itself.
Since the original staff left the Lexington store, I’ve not been pleased. I’m now being charged for what used to be free items at the Winston-Salem store as well as the new staff at the Lexington store. I was quoted a ridiculous price for diagnostic tests ( 150.00 for each ear) and was told my insurance company, huge United Health Care does not have them in their network. Guess I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
Very satisfied with my hearing aid and my audiologist, Carmen is the absolute best!
