Staff is always friendly and quickly moves to understand what question or problem I have. They then proceeds to provide the answer and/or solution. Overall, I am a Happy client!
The staff was wonderful -- very kind, helpful and welcoming! My hearing specialist, Michelle was great. As we went through the various tests she took the time to clearly explain each one. When the testing was completed she provided a detailed explanation of the results and answered all my questions. She also fitted me for hearing aids and explained in detail how they worked and agsin answered all my questions. She was very professional and at the same time very warm and friendly.
