Chelsea was very thorough in her hearing examination. She listened and was empathetic to my past history and concerns. She was also able to point out via her examination history that my hearing has decreased during these last 5 years.
I was able to get an appointment very quickly. The office manager Donna was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. In fact when we needed to test a hearing aides with a different voice she came right in an assisted. As for Cheryl the audiologist absolutely amazing as well. Took time with me to assist in getting the right hearing aides. Very patient and kind. I have my audiologist for life team. Highly recommend this team if you are looking for kind helpful and patience.
Cheryl and the team at Hearing Life were very detailed and compassionate in helping me manage my hearing loss. Cheryl went above and beyond to explore the best options for me
All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They explained very thoroughly how to use my new hearing aides.
A shoutout to anyone in the Wilmington area looking for assistance with finding help with hearing loss or needing advice on picking out hearing aids. I am now able to use my hearing aids effectively. They addressed all of my frustrations and concerns that previously prevented me from wearing them. Their office is friendly and willing to answer any questions.
