Very excellent and thorough!!
Making the appointment was easy. The staff was super friendly. Being fitted for the device was a breeze. The toughest thing about my experience was coming to the realization that I actually did need to wear hearing aids. Now that I have them, it's a whole new world, and I wish I would have gotten them years ago! My advice would be to swallow your pride and make the appointment. You won't be disappointed!
