I'm hard of hearing, and this place tried to tell me I'm completely deaf. Their hearing testing box didn't work, and the cord was in a tangled knot, which was ridiculous. I can't stand a lier, that audiologist was not fooling anyone!
First time visit was an excellent experience. Laura was very professional, friendly, thorough & answered all my questions.
Always helpful. Takes time with clients and helps them understand the product. Really takes time with older individuals. Very friendly and answers all your questions. Always willing to make your schedule times work. Just a joy and pleasure when in the office because of the friendly atmosphere. Never pushed or overwhelmed by any individual working there. Thank you for your kindness.
We learned a lot about the hearing aids. We felt listened to and our concerns were addressed and hearing improved. We would highly recommend.
