Everyone was pleasant & knowledgeable. Called me a day before to remind me of my appointment. Set my next hearing test aptmt, which is a year out. Up to date on new technology & my personal insurance coverage. Easy hearing test. Clean & pleasant facility.
Very nice capable people who are skilled and compassionate in all their efforts in providing solutions to hearing problems. If I were to have any complaints they would not be associated with the office or the people but merely the cost of devices. That being said, I was able to take advantage of interest free financing which made things tolerable.
