Today was the first time I had met the audiologist. She was very nice and professional.
Very very pleased with the Level of expertise in testing and working with me to improve my hearing. Esraa Omar was very pleasant and explained the results of my hearing test to me and my wife. She was very thorough in asking Questions and answering my questions. Very professional and knowledgeable. My main issue was I could not hear my wife when in a noisy area.
