I was disappointed with my service. The technician was nice but very new on job. She did ask if there was any issues. In the past there was always care taken, this week l was just asked to take aids out and place then on the desk, then they were picked up without any gloves or Kleenex and taken to be cleaned. When they were returned to me again placing them directly on desk. I questioned why there was still wax in the channel when I thought I was there to have them cleaned, which always happened in past. ALWAYS A PLEASURE. JIM SLADE IS ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL, ON TIME AND READY TO HELP. I’VE HAD MY HEARING AIDS A YEAR ALREADY. CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT THEM. FIRST THING IN, IN THE AM AND LAST THING OUT AT BEDTIME. NO COMPLAINTS HERE!! THANKS JIM Two years since I got the aids. Love them. Jim Slade is super. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
