My Grandmother's licensed hearing specialist, Susan was everything we had hoped for in a hearing care professional! She was very understanding when it came to our financial situation and so accommodating to the point that she made sure my grandmother had hearing aids to wear to my grandfather's funeral and even brought us a pair of hearing aids when my car was broken down and was unable to pick them up. Go someplace else, seriously. Anyone can sell you a hearing aid, they aren't cheap and most insurance companies don't cover the cost. You need someplace that has a deep understanding of the products and how to make them work to fit your needs. This place isn't it.....
