Jennifer did a great job on my hearing test. She was very thorough.
My first time coming here my wife's appointment was at 11 am it's now 135 and no one is in the office nor can anyone from the main office can reach them as well . I drove from Lexington also me and my wife both missed work, so my first experience is not a good one...
I’ve been going here for about 8 years and Jennifer and her staff have always been very friendly and knowledgeable!!! Highly recommend!!!!
The staff is very welcoming. I have had communication with the afterhours line and the person was very helpful. The staff is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. There was no pressure to make any purchase, their schedule was flexible to accommodate my schedule and get me in quickly. I was very pleased with the office, company, and staff.
It is the best hearing place I have been to. They were great in explaining every thing to me. They were very thorough.
