Very helpful In adjusting hearing aids for my mother.
Had Oticon aids and then went with another type for cost savings when time came for new ones. Hated the aids for years and found HearingLife. They have been easy to use, and when I needed an adjustment just before leaving for the winter, the audiologist was out sick and they worked to find another location. Got the same great service there and am happy. They also have locations where we winter so I know I'm covered!
Patrick was very helpful and knowledgeable and took his time to explain all my options
