They were very professional. They did a very thorough job with my hearing test & my hearing aids were adjusted according to my new hearing test.
I cannot say enough about the outstanding help we recently received from John in the Waukesha, Wisconsin location. To say that he went above and beyond to assist us with a very difficult situation would be an understatement. His compassion and care is rarely seen today. He made a huge impact in our lives helping my 92 year old mother. John was our angel when we needed one most.
I am very happy with the service I received!!
