They got me in very quickly to do my alignment. They had it completed within the specified amount of time that they had told me. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this place for alignments.
I can count the collective IQ of this place on one hand. The receptionist on the phone is particularly dense. She wanted to charge 2 hours of labor to move the carpet out of the way in the trunk to access the rear struts in my car, then another 2 hours of labor for swapping in struts I purchased. I told her "It sounds like you are too busy, so I will call somebody else." I hung up. I will be doing it all myself from now on.
Great for oil change.
We love Ava tire. They have good quality tires at affordable prices. When we recently needed a valve stem replaced, even though we were not making a purchase, they did it, free of charge! Thankful to have a nice, hometown business nearby we can support.
