They have zero idea what they are doing as far as my insurance. May 1st I began new coverage, and asked that it be filed with them. It is now Mid July and it still is not completed and the office is still planning on charging my personal bank account around $500/month. (which I was told by AVA will not be reimbursed until my treatment is complete) The office staff is great but does not make up for me still having to pay for something my active insurance should be covering.
