I don’t really want to write a poor review, because there ARE good techs here who do amazing lashes and nails. But the other day, I called and asked if they could take me at 6pm, and they agreed. The other salon I had booked with was running 40 minutes behind, and I really wanted my nails done so I figured since they did a good job in the past, they would again. I’ve been to this salon before and had a great experience, which is why I came back. Unfortunately, this visit was completely different. I walked in with an inspo picture—something I made sure was a pretty simple design—and was told I’d be paired with someone who knew how to do it. Instead, after 2 hours of sitting there, my nails looked nothing like the picture. The guy doing them was rushing, which only ended up costing me more time. Perfect salon and the nail techs are very nice. Good service and they speak good english. My friend & I will be back soon.
