I was referred to Michelle for genetic testing. While she is very nice, she or her biller billed my insurance for CPT Code 99205, which, after hours on the phone with my insurance, independent research, and a consultation with a former medical biller, I have learned is simply ridiculous. She stretched out my appointment with her own personal stories, so that she could bill for what is considered the most complicated and expensive new patient office visit code out there.
