Absolutely adore the gown I have ordered from Ava gowns. The owner was really helpful when I asked questions about sizing. The dress arrived quickly and it was nicely wrapped. The quality is amazing! I always get compliments when I wear it
Lousy customer service. Nowhere on the item page, checkout process, or order confirmation say that the product we purchased was on final sale. Can't return or get store credit. Customer service by email was incredibly rude to my fiancee on top of being unhelpful. The :/ emoticon used by the representative to describe the situation was infuriating. We were so disappointed given the great reviews here and elsewhere, and the dress would be beautiful...if it fit.

They have the the most absolutely gorgeous gowns ever. Not only are they all size's inclusive but they're also gorgeous. Each dress makes you feel like a princess or a queen !!!
Avagowns makes beautiful and high-quality dresses for reasonable prices. They are stunning in person and could easily be couture. I always get compliments whenever I wear a dress from them, and I can’t get enough! They’re size inclusive, which is so rare for most companies, and have something for everyone.
