As a contractor, I’ve dealt with many vendors, and I have to say Ava Cabinetry has been one of the worst experiences. They show zero loyalty to their customers, provide no real compensation or feedback when issues come up, and all they seem to care about is squeezing every last penny out of you. Because of their lack of accountability, I lost a major job and was left out thousands of dollars—despite having spent significant money with them over the years. Hands down, the best company a GC or subcontractor or customer could ask for. I have made nearly 40 + kitchen orders with this company and have nothing but great experiences. Everytime you place your order, they let you know lead times get products to you as quick as possible and update you along the way. Cabinet supplies through this company is the best in the northeast.
