horrible requested French tip with little hearts with a gold line and they couldn’t do it and it was super super thick, i’ve never once had a bad experience with this place but something has changed. if i could give 0 stars i would. would not go back. my friend also got nails done and they did a horrible job they were even worse. I added the Inspiration pictures that we asked for.
I have been going to Ava for years, and I have never experienced rudeness from the staff, or less than professional work. They are a gentle, caring family, making their way in Canada, and in my opinion, always do an excellent job! Allison Kremer Lindsay
