It was my first visit today and I must say I will come back to get my eyebrows and upper lip done again. I showed up early for my appointment and was taken in right away by Navneet. The threading itself was less painful than other places I have been to. Shape was exactly what I was looking for. The nice part is they have a rewards card where after nine services you get a free eyebrow service. Got my lashes done by Priya, 10/10. She was super nice, did an awesome job and was incredibly fast. Will definitely be back!
I’ve been scarred so many times with my eyebrows that I’m basically traumatized, so I’m always nervous trying new places because they can end up too thin, uneven, or totally different shapes. I had to leave a 5-star review because she did my eyebrows perfectly. I’ll definitely be back. (Eyebrows were $12 btw)
I've been coming to Ava for about a year for eyebrow threading & tinting, and they always do a fantastic job. Everyone is very friendly, the store is clean, and they always ask & take into account your preferences. I also recently tried lash extensions with Priya and she not only gave me a great set for a very reasonable price, but she also let me come back after 24 hours to make a small adjustment for free! Highly recommend!
The service is very good, however there is no appropriation for regular customers. They used to charge 10$ plus tax for eyebrow threading and now it’s 12$ plus tax which is not reasonable at all. I’m never coming back to this place.
