Spoke with the owner Norman at Ava’s. This guy is awesome. Very reasonably priced and explains in detail what is wrong with the vehicle. He brought out the damaged part for me to look at and found the best priced parts for me and cost of labor was great priced aswell. Norman is down to earth and genuinely cares about your safety while operating your vehicle. I drive a Lexus so parts can get expensive. Norman is remarkable. Not only as a mechanic, but an owner as well. The same is to be said of the entire crew working there. For as long as he's been in the business of repairing automobiles of all types and phases, I wish that we had met 30 years earlier so as to have saved a lot of time and had my money well spent. This place does it right in meeting my expectations without discussion of diagnosing, repairing, and the turnaround time like that of a pit crew... Nuff said..!
Norman was on time at my location & was able to diagnose my problem within a timely manner. The repair was completed & tested without any complications. He made it convenient doing the repair at my home so I could continue working on my projects. He had with him all the tools & jacks to complete my repairs. It looks like he is well equip to do any job. Ava auto repair will be my first call on my next repair job & I highly recommend him to family & friends.
Norman is an honest mechanic! He is refreshing from all the other mechanics we have in our area. A kind humble man and a master technician..
This place was great. I spoke with the owner and he is a great man with good values. It's hard to find good honest mechanic shops with good values these days. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
