The Ava apartments is a beautiful small new community with a ton to offer! I met Taylor Thomas where we toured a 2 bedroom apartment that was top notch! Taylor took the time to make sure all my questions were answered and that I feel confident about making this community my next home! I would recommend this community!
Taylor T. Was so knowledgeable when she answered all my questions about The Ava. She was very friendly during our tour and I really enjoyed talking with her.
The worst apartment complex! Expect your vehicle to be vandalized, all tires of my car slashed window smashed and when parking car in a more secure place that is an unmarked parking spot (for guests), after all this when the manager tells you it’s ok to park there, they tow your car away to a towing yard that has an upfront fee of $700 making it impossible to get your vehicle back!!!
