We dropped our workshop Iveco Daily there for diagnostic work in November 2024. Fast forward to March 2025 and had a call it was ready. We did then request a look at the Air con.....but that was an afterthought and not mentioned until we were notified - only an extra week for that repair. On collection the vehicle was in disgusting condition. Probably just been sitting outside for the majority of the time, collecting dust and grime. Just dropped our Iveco Motorhome off here at 10 for a service they never gave us a time to be there we then caught a Uber to DFO got a call to say because we didn't have it there for 7 they can't finnish it today thats 6 hours for a service We left home at 8 got held up and had to do a detour on the freeway .So we said don't bother dont even start it .Wouldn't recommend them poor customer service and a complete waste of our day .
I’ve been dealing with AV Trucks parts and services department for the past few weeks, which included several large sales. They have been nothing but rude and extremely unprofessional. This company is unreliable and I would not be waisting my time with them again. Unfortunately, I discovered after the fact from other people in the industry that they are known for having a terrible reputation. Iveco should be ashamed of their association with AV Trucks.
DON'T go there POOR service Workmanship is a JOKE NO good management Had work done there twice now and twice had to take my van back for repairs. First time they didn't charge me for their mistake but the second time they charge $1,000 for their mistake.
